Tracking IPOs
The IPOs page is the heart of IPO Tracker. It has two tabs: IPO Dashboard(the catalog of current IPOs) and My IPOs (your personal tracked list).
IPO Dashboard (Catalog)
The IPO Dashboard shows all IPOs curated by our team, grouped into Open,Upcoming, and Closed sections. Each entry shows:
- IPO name and company
- Type badge (SME IPOs are labeled)
- Price band (e.g., ₹95 – ₹100)
- Lot size
- Opening and closing dates
Use the type filter dropdown at the top to switch between All, Mainboard, and SME IPOs.
Applying from the Catalog
Single Apply
Click Apply on any catalog entry. This creates a tracked IPO in your account (if you haven't already) and opens the application form. Select your demat account, confirm the number of lots and applied price, and save. The IPO now appears under My IPOs.
If you click Apply on the same IPO again, it reuses the existing tracked entry — no duplicates are created.
Bulk Apply
Click Bulk Apply to apply from multiple demat accounts in one step. Check the accounts you want to apply from, set the number of lots for each, and submit. This is the fastest way to record applications when you apply from family accounts.
My IPOs Tab
Switch to the My IPOs tab to see all IPOs you're tracking. You can:
- Search by IPO name, company, or symbol
- Filter by status — All, Upcoming, Open, Closed, or Listed
- See application count, allotted shares, and P&L for each IPO
- Click an IPO to open its detail page
Adding an IPO Manually
If an IPO isn't in the catalog yet, click + Add IPO from the My IPOs tab. Fill in the details:
- Name, company name, and symbol
- Type (Mainboard or SME)
- Price band (lower and upper)
- Applied price, lot size, issue size
- Key dates — opening, closing, allotment, refund, demat credit, listing
- Listing price (once the IPO lists)
- Registrar and notes
IPO Detail Page
Click any IPO in My IPOs to open its detail page. From here you can:
- View and edit all IPO details
- See all applications for this IPO across your accounts
- Add new applications or record allotments
- Update the current market price for holdings
- Delete the IPO (this removes all associated applications, holdings, and sales)
Free Plan Limits
On the free plan, you can track up to 3 IPOs. When you hit the limit, applying to a new catalog IPO or adding one manually will prompt you to upgrade to Pro. Your existing tracked IPOs and all their data remain fully accessible.
