1. What this app is
IPO Tracker is a personal ledger for recording your own IPO applications, allotments, holdings, and sales across your demat accounts. It does not place trades, submit IPO applications, or connect to any broker or exchange on your behalf — all data is entered by you for your own record-keeping.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing in this app constitutes investment, financial, or tax advice. Figures shown (profit, loss, ROI) are calculated purely from the data you enter and may not reflect your actual brokerage statements. Always verify against your broker's official records before making financial decisions.
3. Your data
Your account data is private to you and accessible only through your authenticated session. You can export a full backup of your data at any time from Settings, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings as well.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address to create an account and confirm it before use.
5. Subscription plans
The free plan is limited to a fixed number of tracked IPOs. Paid Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through our payment processor; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
6. No warranty
This app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep calculations accurate, but we're not liable for financial decisions made based on data shown in this app.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
